THE STABLE FAMILY FUND™

Preventing Displacement. Preventing Homelessness. Keeping Families Together.

Housing instability is trauma.
Displacement is trauma.
Waiting until eviction notices arrive is not prevention.

The Stable Family Fund™ provides direct, short-term financial support to families facing housing-related hardship before crisis occurs, helping parents and children stay safely together.

DID YOU KNOW?

A large portion of families experiencing homelessness in Philadelphia include children.
Many are only one bill, one paycheck, or one missed payment away from losing their home.

Early support keeps families together and protects futures.

Who We Support
  • Families at risk of eviction

  • Caregivers facing job loss or financial hardship

  • Families needing assistance with rent, utilities, or other basic needs

All payments are made directly to landlords or management companies.
